🔒 6-Month Warranty Policy – Artificial Jewellery

We care about your experience and stand by the quality of our jewellery. All our artificial jewellery is covered under a 6-month limited warranty from the date of Purchase.

✅ What’s Covered in Warranty:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes the following:

  • Plating Fading or Tarnishing under normal use

  • Stone falling or displacement due to weak setting (only for pendent)

  • Color change caused by internal defects (not due to external factors)

❌ What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Water exposure – including sweat, rain, or bathing

  • Perfumes, sprays, makeup, or chemicals

  • Rough use, physical damage, or scratches

  • Improper storage or handling (like over-bending, pulling)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Natural wear and tear over time

  • Loss or theft

⚠️ If we find any signs of water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals on the product during inspection, the warranty will be void.

🔁 How to Claim Warranty:

To make a claim:

  1. Email us at support@renilifestyle.com with subject: Warranty Claim

  2. Required Details: #Order Number/Invoice Number, Name, Contact Number, Place Of Purchase (Flipkart / Myntra / Official Website / etc.

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the issue

  4. Mention purchase date

  5. Share your order confirmation or invoice

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 working days and let you know the next steps.

🛠 Resolution Options:

If the claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • Free repair

  • Replacement (same or similar item)

  • Store credit or coupon if replacement is unavailable

  • Warranty is valid only if the product is used as per care instructions.

  • Our quality check team’s decision will be final on all warranty claims.

  • Keep away from moisture, perfumes, chemicals, and makeup

  • Wipe gently with a dry soft cloth after use

  • Do not wear while sleeping, bathing, or during heavy activities
